The marketing experience is being built for keyboard access, readable contrast, responsive text, reduced motion, descriptive alternatives, and predictable navigation.
Current website standard
This release targets WCAG 2.2 AA. It includes skip navigation, visible focus, semantic headings, one primary landmark, accessible menu state, text alternatives, reduced-motion support, and a 200% zoom test.
Product images
Product captures use descriptive alternative text and link to a full-size version. They contain synthetic sample data and exclude Shopify Admin chrome.
Known review boundary
Automated checks do not replace human testing with assistive technology. Final production review must include keyboard-only use, screen-reader landmarks and announcements, zoom, contrast, target sizing, and form behavior.
