Every factual claim should be traceable to current product behavior, an official platform source, or a clearly labeled roadmap requirement.
Source hierarchy
PalSync code and reproducible product fixtures establish what the application currently does. PayPal, Shopify, and other platform-owned documentation establish their policies and technical interfaces. Merchant communities establish questions and vocabulary, not policy.
Current versus roadmap
Available capabilities must be reproducible in the current application. Planned integrations, AI functionality, security controls, and enterprise features are labeled roadmap until implemented and verified.
No outcome promises
PalSync does not publish guaranteed fund-release times, Seller Protection eligibility, dispute wins, reserve changes, limitation removal, or card-issuer decisions. Any future performance metric must disclose its cohort, period, denominator, exclusions, and source.
Guide review
Guides use answer-first summaries, link to official sources, state the product boundary, and show an updated date. Product and legal review remains required before public indexation.
Corrections
Material policy or product changes require an updated page date, source review, and correction of dependent pages. Questions and corrections can be sent to support@palsync.com.
